Step Up this week will follow the Ridgeview 4 Cities route (link/web address is below). It's about 33 miles with a rest stop at 17.9 miles. Step-Up tries for a rolling average pace of 13 to 14.5 mph over the route distance. This is a developmental No Drop ride.
