Step Up is scheduled to depart from Gulledge Elementary at 8:00 AM tomorrow. The weather looks pretty perfect but still hydrate and bring water and electrolytes. We will roll for 33 miles at an average pace of 13 to 14.5 mph. This is a No Drop developmental ride so we will ride to accommodate the slowest rider and stay together as a group. There will potentially be two rest stops - at mile 15 - and at 26 miles if we need the second one. The route is the Step Up Gulledge Coit Virginia Lake Forest one - as posted on the Step Up page in the Rides section of this website. Be there by 7:45 AM with tires, brakes and chain all checked.
